Amybeth McNulty is an Irish-Canadian actress. She was best-known for her leading role in the role of Anne Shirley in CBC/Netflix's drama series Anne with an E. It's a retelling of Lucy Maud Montgomery's 1908 novel Anne of Green Gables. Amybeth McNulty was born on 7 November 2001 in Milford, County Donegal, Ireland she was the sole child of an Irish father and a Canadian mother. Amybeth is an Irish woman. Amybeth is 20 years old as of 2023. She was raised within the island of Donegal in Ireland. She holds dual Irish and Canadian citizenship. Her hair naturally appears light blonde. Anne was involved in a romantic relationship with Gilbert Blythe. Gilbert, two years older than Anne and studying at Anne's grade after his father's fall sick, had interrupted his studies. Gilbert initially called Anne Carrots. Amybeth McNulty stars as Anne, a 13-year-old who has suffered a rough childhood in orphanages and the homes of strangers. Anne thirteen-year-old orphan living in a secluded home for much of her youth, is sent in error to the elderly Cuthbert brothers on Prince Edward Island. The series concludes in 1919, and Gilbert and Anne remain happily together. Gilbert is 55 years old and is still deeply in love with Anne.
